Ordering

Sales Tax As required by law, a sales tax of 7.75% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Payment Trina's Kids, through our secure credit card processing service, PayPal, accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We can only accept credit card payments online. We also accept checks and money orders through the mail. We do not ship COD. Ordering by Mail and Paying by Check or Money Order If you would like to pay for your order by check or money order, you must mail in your order and payment. Click here for the order form. Please mail your order to: Trina's Kids, P.B. Designs, PO Box 124852, San Diego, CA 92112. Make your check or money order payable to "PB Designs." Please include shipping according to the schedule below and sales tax if applicable. International Orders We can accept orders that will ship outside the US. We will contact you to let you know the additional shipping charges. We ship to APO addresses at our standard shipping rates. Order Confirmation After ordering, you will receive two e-mail confirmations from Trina's Kids. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships.

Order Processing + Shipping

Order Processing Time Generally the processing time for an order is 2-3 weeks from receipt of order and payment. Unless you request otherwise, all products in a single order will ship at the same time. You will be notified of any delay in processing. Standard Shipping Trina's Kids ships via United States Postal Service, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground service. Products are shipped from our warehouses in Southern California. Depending on where you live, transit time is between 2-7 days. Transit time is in addition to order processing time. Our standard shipping fees are as follows: Order Total Shipping Charge $0.01 - 9.99 $3.95 $10.00 - 49.99 $ 7.95 $50.00 - 99.99 $ 9.00 $100.00 - 199.99 $ 12.75 $200.00 and over $ 17.50 Overnight Shipping For an additional $12.00 we offer overnight shipping. Once you have placed your order, please contact us (dollsbypmb@aol.com) to arrange for overnight shipping. However, order processing time remains the same. So, selecting overnight shipping does not mean you will receive your order the next day. It means you will receive your order in one day PLUS the amount of time it takes to process your order.

Return Policy

Returns If you are not satisfied with your order and it is in salable condition, you may return it within 20 days of shipping. Please contact us prior to returning an order.
